We're on a mission to make compliant training resource development fast, affordable, and accessible for every Australian RTO.
Our Story
RTOFlow was born from a simple observation: Registered Training Organisations across Australia spend thousands of hours and tens of thousands of dollars creating training and assessment resources that must meet strict regulatory standards. Small RTOs often can't afford the specialised consultants, while large providers struggle with consistency across hundreds of units.
Founded by a team with deep experience in both vocational education and software engineering, RTOFlow set out to solve this problem with artificial intelligence. We built a platform that understands Australian training packages, ASQA standards, and the practical requirements of VET delivery — then automates the heavy lifting of document creation.
Today, RTOFlow serves Registered Training Organisations across Australia, generating compliant learner guides, assessment workbooks, marking guides, trainer resources, and RPL documentation aligned to national training packages from training.gov.au.

2025 — Platform Launch
RTOFlow launches with core document generation capabilities, training.gov.au integration, and multi-tenant architecture for RTO organisations.
2026 — Growth & Innovation
Expanded to support RPL documentation, compliance verification, streamed delivery planning, and AI-powered quality auditing across the full training lifecycle.
